That’s a mouthful. What are the ancient principles of sacred sound?

These are the laws of the universe that ancient people followed. They tuned into the sounds of the earth, nature and the planets. They used sound to heal themselves and the earth. Everything that moves vibrates and makes a sound, but our ears have dulled and we can’t hear the higher frequencies. The planets, trees, stones, flowers and we ourselves are vibrating and making sound. Our bodies, cells vibrate, move and change all the time. We can use sound to heal ourselves, with our own voices. Everything comes from sound. In the beginning was the word. Sound created the universe.
So singing is good?
Oh yes! Singing is healing, singing lifts your heart. If your heart is heavy, singing releases pain like tears do. Our voice is our identity, how we express ourselves, our feelings.
The Academy of Spiritual Sciences, is that yours?
The Academy is based on teachings by Carol Lamb and is based on ancient Indian Sanskrit teachings and teachings of Jesus. When I first heard her teachings it resonated with me. I have been searching for spiritual answers all my life. I decided to learn more about it, studied and became a teacher myself.
The human energy field… Is that the same as the Etheric body as Rudolf Steiner described it?
Yes, it is also known as the auric field or the electromagnetic field. You can see it as an envelope of energy that surrounds our body. I believe we have our own energy field, which interacts with other energy fields. We all have a magnetic force field around us. Everything is made of energy, things like tables or telephones are molecules that vibrate the same energy frequency. If you touch a table you give it your energy. This is how mediums can read a ring or a watch or how people feel atmospheres when they go into a house. Energy carries information that is everywhere. Some people can see the aura, it can be photographed but it is always changing because it reflects the thoughts that come in our minds and our emotional responses to those thoughts.
So if we think the right things we can change our auras?
Negative thoughts and emotions, fear and control patterns, interrupt and inhibit our energy flow. Our physical symptoms begin in our electromagnetic field not in our physical body. Chakras metabolize the flow of energy and send it out to our organs via a system of meridians, which are invisible to the human eye. The received energy pulses through our spine from the crown of our head, into our heart and back up to the brain. Shamans say all life is about balancing energy.
Are you in balance?
I wish! If I were I would not be on earth. There are moments you can feel aligned perhaps when you have meditated but not all the time. Everybody is striving for balance. Life on earth is a delicate balance and it is a school to learn and remember where we came from. When we have eventually transmuted the negative consequences of our past actions our energy will be light enough to lift us up from the gravitational pull of the earth.
Do you think we can send energy through Twitter?
We can send energy through words; each sound within the word has an increment of light and resonates at a specific vibrational frequency. We should aim to use only positive words and have a pure intention, important not to pretend to be something you are not. Foul words are of a lower vibration and can harm the energy of our children, we harm them when we shout or swear. The vibration of the sound cuts through their energy like a knife. The words we use are very important. We can pass positive energy to people with the words we use. We could make a web of golden light with twitter people that have the same intention and motivation. Dr Masaro Emoto experimented with words frozen in water and showed what the crystals looked like afterwards. It illustrates the power of words.
